UI/UX Designer

In my role as the Senior Product Design at my last company, I was tasked with increasing the overall team performance to deliver product fast with best quality. I used my experience as a team leader to determine what methods work best for teammates and I developed a presentation on three of the best ways to increase their self interest to work. When I gave this presentation, I encouraged the whole team members to share their insights and how they could apply the methods to work that were currently in their pipelines.

I'm 27 years old UI UX designer and Graphic designer with above 6 years of design experience (freelance and Industry); Also have experience in related areas such as social media designs , logos and poster design (as a hobby; advanced) and to lead company team. I have a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Certifications in Design. My priority is the clean modern aesthetic look, quality, and customer satisfaction.
