Derek Dietzen

Derek Dietzen is an Art Director and Product Designer of wall décor, framed art, giftware, and home goods. Drawn to design at an early age by his mentor uncle, who taught sculpture at RISD, and inspired by industrial design while growing up around his grandfather's factory, Niagara Motors, Dietzen specializes in timeless nostalgic and vintage themed products. His bestselling creations, ranging in styles from vintage-retro to contemporary, have sold millions of dollars over his extensive career.

Dietzen is an expert in identifying trends and market research. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Brand Identity, and Fine Art skills including freehand drawing and sculpture, his unique set of design chops and experience in leading a creative team make him a dynamic and highly valued designer to take brands to the next level.

Dietzen was born in Chadron, NE, and currently lives in Charleston, SC. A former singer and musician, his hobbies include antiquing, gardening and interior design.
