Biography
When things take an unexpected turn, I'm always the first at the scene - duct tape in hand, trying to figure out what happened and what we can do to fix it. At work, they call me the Chief Fire Officer. My company manages an Amazon e-commerce business, and we're constantly troubleshooting orders and product roadblocks. I was drawn to UX because the entire field revolves around dissecting problems, gathering data, and turning them into solutions. It is here that my love for strategy comes into play, as every solution is different. As a computer nerd, strategy games have always been my thing outside of work. You can catch me playing repeat matches of Age of Empires or Civilization. 🤓
