Cherilyn Colbert

Cherilyn Colbert is a versatile visual storyteller based in Virginia. She holds an MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and a BA from Roanoke College. Her specialties include illustrated maps, editorial illustration, illustrated architecture, and surface pattern design.

Cherilyn draws inspiration from ephemeral moments, exploration, and play. Her work is a vibrant celebration of place, reflecting her deep appreciation for the environments that shape our experiences and memories.

When not in her studio, she can be found roaming antique malls, watching Netflix, or exploring the outdoors.
