Biography
Designer with 5+ years of experience delivering impactful solutions for clients ranging from Fortune 500s to Series A and B startups. I focus on creatively solving problems while maintaining stakeholder value and putting the user first. I approach every opportunity with an eagerness to leave people, places, and things better than I found them. My strength as a designer is my ability to speak many "different languages." When speaking with stakeholders, I clearly back up my design choices with user research, conversion science, and impact on the bottom line. When speaking with developers, I utilize my educational background in computer science to articulate computational logic, speak to UI needs dependent on environment (markup vs. bootstraps), and ensure what I design is something the team will be able to build within our project constraints. When I speak to users, I spend more time listening than speaking.
