Byron is a multidisciplinary product design and creative lead with more than 16yrs of experience advising founders, early-stage teams, and creative studios, both as a design leader within strategic agencies and large organizations, and as a solo designer in startups and small teams. He is an accomplished creative director and lead product designer with a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams, shaping brand strategies, and delivering exceptional product experiences.
His strategic, systematic based approach has gained him a list of clients that include, Nike, Activision, Capital One, and AKQA to name a few. Most recently, he collaborated with Pacific Life’s design leadership teams, enhancing and expanding the brands design system and boosting its adoption among product teams.
