I have been using penguins as characters in my cartoons to illustrate the importance and universal influence of leadership for the past two years.
Using penguins allows me to highlight leadership lessons in a gentle and humorous way. They offer a unique insight into the importance of empathy, trust, communication, motivation, change management, coaching, and personal development.
My penguin leadership cartoons aim to be imaginative and thought-provoking, sparking self-reflection and discussion about how we can all become better leaders.
