Biography
Over the years, I’ve worked at various sized organisations in a range of industries, from finance to legal, and have been a part of the life cycle from pre & post PMF start-ups and scale-ups through to acquisitions and IPOs. Helping to create data-led, human-centered products as both a leader and an IC.
My approach to design and leadership is all about people. I strive to establish empathy for the team that makes the products and for the people who use them. As an IC, my days are spent doing hands-on work to bring these products to life.
