User experience design drew me in with its balance of empathy and process. I always have wondered why people think and act the way they do. User experience design provides me the opportunity to find out but also allows the crafting of a solution or benefit hinged on the needs of the user and their perception of the world.

I am striving to create designs that exceed user expectations and contribute to a design culture that challenges convention. I have a strong desire to help individuals in their everyday lives by deploying natural and conversational interfaces. I approach the design process with focused times for ideation and iteration and always keep user insights front of mind. My vision is to encourage an inclusive design environment that promotes shared understanding and empathy for the user among contributing teams and stakeholders.
