Hi, My name is Ann, and I’m a creative! Welcome to my profile :) For me, painting is a form of perception, a way to see deeper into the world around me. Some of my paintings are formed in my mind long before they are physically illustrated. They come in a sort of vision, or as a collection of ideas that gradually mature and arrive to the final design of what I would paint. Every single one of my works is created with a great sense of love and attention to minute detail, as if caring for my own child. Through my paintings I am able to draw out and channel my emotions, to give them form and substance. This process elates me, it feels as a sort of trance where I am conversing with the canvas and the subject. It provides me with wave after wave of inspiration to continue painting. I am so happy to share my works with you all! Apart from my paintings, I sew Tilda dolls. For a long time I worked as a UI (user interface) designer for a mobile app company. At this point in my life I am completely immersed in art.
