Hi, I’m Alayna Setterlind, and I’m passionate about creating accessible and inclusive web design. I lead a talented team of UI/UX designers at Carnegie, where we work together to build innovative digital experiences for higher education clients.

I started my career as a graphic designer, eventually transitioning into web design and digital marketing while working at website agencies. Over the years, I’ve made it my mission to advocate for web accessibility, sharing my knowledge through mentoring, trainings, presentations, and webinars. My goal is to make the web a more inclusive space for everyone.
