Transitioning from a customer experience field, the career field of UI/UX designing fascinated me a lot. The requirements and needs of a customer or user has always been the top priority for me and hence I believe I can be a helpful addition to this community which also puts the user front and center.

Throughout my two years of customer experience journey, I handled a lot of escalations which made me realise the pain points of users that could have been solved just with a simple UI change. This gave me a unique edge of understanding that I can impact a user's experience so much through design.

Moreover, here I will learn and give back a lot, which I am profusely looking forward to.
