I worked in Unitary Enterprise A1 Belarus for 5 years.
My work experience includes sales and customer service, corporate trainings and distance learning. Also I was a team member of a project related to Modern Billing Solution. As a result, I can support sales and customer service in omnichannel. I understand business requirements, because I know customer behaviour.
