I am a Product/UX Designer specializing in Saas, B2B, etc. I follow Design Thinking methodologies to drive product development and create sophisticated digital products. My expertise includes stakeholder and user interviews, surveys, customer journey mapping (CMJ), Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) analysis, user flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and testing. I excel at conceptualizing user-centered designs that cater to both user needs and business goals.
