Heading the design team at IDfy, my role as Senior UI/UX Designer is fueled by a Master's degree in User Experience Research & Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi. We've fostered an environment of creative ideation and systems thinking that has enhanced the product experience significantly. My journey began with a strong foundation in commerce, which has been instrumental in understanding the business implications of design decisions. Having contributed over 2.5 years to my current organization, my approach integrates user research and collaborative facilitation to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
