I have worked across diverse industries, including e-commerce, web products, telecommunications, healthcare, and finance in a customer service capacity for over a decade. My passion for user experience is a result of my 5+ years in the SaaS industry where I developed a drive for eliminating user pain points and it naturally led me to the field of design.

My experience coupled with my design skills, make me the ideal designer to work on projects within the SaaS, e-commerce and gaming industries.
