It matters to me a great deal to be able to use all that I have acquired in terms of experience, working for almost two decades within the banking sector, my education, acquired skills, innate intelligence and, my passion for problem-solving to add real and aligned value to the operations of business.

Having my capacity underutilized in that sense is not pleasing to me. I am a practical human being. I believe that a thing must fulfill the purpose for which it exists for its being to be fully experienced.

I am not an expert in HR or recruitment but, one thing that I know for certain is that I have significant value that I can add which is uniquely valuable because of its unique mix.

The issue is finding that business where that particular value is sought and would be productive in line with its goals and objectives.

Knowing that one's capacity to add value is significantly under-utilized is not a pleasing experience.
