Trained as a graphic designer and worked my way up the greasy pole to Creative Director. I got really interested in challenging briefs and finding out more about the audience than the clients would usually give us. This led to an interest in data and how it can guide creative to make it better aligned to the people its supposed to reach.
For me, it starts with the customer; their problems, how they see the world, how the product oe service fits into their perspective as the easiest route to progression and most importantly – understanding what matters to them.
