Biography
I have been working in customer service for over five years, and I am now planning a transition into a more stable, hands-on profession. Although successful in my career so far, having been afforded the opportunity to become a peer mentor, I have realized the aspects of work I find most interesting are all in digital areas such as marketing or design:
- Dynamic communication style: I am adept at quickly communicating with both new and established members of a team, with consensus, and a shared sense of purpose.
- Experience in training: A new aspect of my career has been the uptake of staff training programs. Comfortable and experienced one-to-one training and gauging development within the workplace
