Biography
Parastoo Pakzad was born in Tehran,Iran in 1986.
From 2006 to 2010, she attended University of Science and Culture of Tehran, the "Visual Communications school”.
After graduation, she worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for various companies, including Kayson inc., Rahafilm Institute of Art and Culture, and Gardeshnama Start-Up for five years.
In 2015, she moved to Rome and successfully passed the admission exam at Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, enrolling in a Masters degree painting course where she studied life drawing, painting, aesthetics, and art history.
After her studies, she continued her personal research, creating her own style by mixing graphic design with classical pictorial art, using the colours and decorations of Persian traditions.
Since 2019 she has been working as a freelancer and has taken part in various projects as a UI/UX designer, illustrator, and graphic designer.
