I have a background in client interfacing and support which has afforded me the opportunity to experience firsthand the pain point of users and customers especially with navigating through various products.
In my quest to seeking a better way to solve lots of customer problems with little or minimal interactions, I figured out that designing products that is user friendly and educating will reduce the number of dissatisfied clients.
This led me to designing where I constantly challenge myself to grow and learn more. I am inspired daily by beautiful things around me to help solve user problems.
