I am a UX/UI Designer with a diverse background that blends business strategy, engineering, and design. My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, which honed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I then earned an MBA, enabling me to work on several business strategy consulting projects, where I developed a deep understanding of aligning business goals with user needs.
Later, while working in customer service and banking for over two years, I gained valuable insights into user needs and client relations, inspiring my shift to UX/UI design.
After completing a UX/UI design boot camp and continuously engaging in self-study, I’m focused on crafting intuitive, human-centered designs that not only enhance user experiences but also drive business outcomes.
I am passionate about combining my business acumen with design thinking to create solutions that resonate with users while achieving strategic goals.
