Joy is a Product Designer (UX/UI), currently part of the Digital Solutions team. She is primarily responsible for embedding Design Thinking, Human-Centered & User-Centered Design within the team and facilitates related client workshops.
Over 6 years industry experience across multi-disciplines including Supply
Chain within Consulting, ERP system implementation, Digital & Innovation transformation, Asset fluency, Digital Operations Support and Design Thinking.
Joy holds a globally recognized Coupa certification. She also has recently graduated top of her class with a distinction in Design Thinking through IDF courses.
