Michael Heilemann

I am passionate about creating beautiful and functional experiences for millions of users. I focus on platform level and 0-to-1 experience design, working with a talented and collaborative team of leaders, designers, engineers, writers, and strategists.

I established and grew product design at Squarespace and led the team across our website builder, commerce, and marketing products, introducing design systems, program management, experience strategy, UX writing, a quality-driven design review process, recruiting and leveling system for the creative team.

These days I love rolling up my sleeves and getting my hands dirty and am always looking to learn new skills and explore new challenges.
