Hi, I'm Gwendolyn, an instructor, trainer, and product designer. User- centric design has always been at the core of my work, whether I was creating some of the highest-ranked courses in our university department, researching areas of frustration among our immigration advisors and applying design-thinking to training program iterations, or leading my team as we gathered customer feedback, poured over data and metrics to understand root issues in our student-teacher communication, and then applied what we learned to become a top 10 center for student success and satisfaction.
