I work with merchants and businesses designing their user experience and interface thinking in the user front and center by conducting user research and usability tasting, in order to have a consistent brand experience I also focus on creating a cohesive relation y between their e-commerce and their business operations and processes by creating offline and online strategies base on the brand goals, such as sales, marketing, brand awareness and more.
