I’ve always been amazed at how easy it is for bad design to ruin an experience. Whether it’s a lack of context in a process flow or simply a broken link on a webpage, design is a powerful tool that can cut quickly if left unchecked.
This perspective of viewing things from the user’s pain points is what motivates me to find new solutions to the ways in which people interact with products.
In pursuit of this goal, I’ve found myself beta testing apps for developers, creating websites for small businesses, and most recently piloting the launch of several augmented reality use cases.
