My clients have always regarded me as a friend, someone they can reach out to and ask questions of both during the sales and design process but also for years after. My clients feel comfortable and know that I will always deliver, if they are not happy… my work is not done. I know, there are exceptions to every rule but much of my skill in delivery lies in my ability to properly qualify customers ahead of time and ensure that communications are crystal clear, so execution can meet or exceed their expectations. This is a key skill in developing and maintaining healthy customer relationships. In fact I have clients that reach out to me first when looking for a recommendation for other services. Although I could talk about my long history in design, having started right out of high school, I think my portfolio will fully cover that aspect of my abilities. It’s the customer relations and sales skill that can’t be properly highlighted in a portfolio.
