I am a UX designer based in Toronto, I have a strong background in business and research, which has helped me to develop a deep understanding of user needs and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
As a freelance UX designer, I have collaborated with two startups: HopStair in the UK and Bidskillz in Canada. In these roles, I have been responsible for conducting user research, competitor analysis, developing personas and journey maps, designing wireframes, and creating low and high-fidelity prototypes. I have also conducted usability testing to refine my designs and ensure that they meet user needs.
