Anike Kirsten is a 2D digital cover artist based in South Africa, creating unique works of fantasy and science fiction and other speculative genres by hand for your book and ebook covers, album and DVD covers, magazine covers, video game box art covers, podcast covers, and speculative poster illustration needs. She has 3 years experience in cover art illustration and has a preference for catching and stark colours.

She takes influence from great artists such as Boris Vallejo, Julie Bell, Rodney Matthews, Luis Royo, Salvador Dali, and Frank Frazetta, all of whom she has studied and incorporated what she has learnt into her art. Fragments of her imagination have, as a result of her creative endeavours, been scattered across the known and as-yet-unknown worlds, like The Drabblecast and The Mythsterhood of the Travelling Tales podcasts.
