Sahar Naderi

Sahar Naderi is an illustrator & designer currently based in the DC metropolitan area. Born and raised in Maryland, she is currently a graduate student at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) studying UX Design. She studied Studio Art and Design at the University of Maryland, where she graduated with a BA degree. She also studied abroad in Seoul, South Korea, where she completed a minor in Korean Studies and Language.

Sahar loves finding new ways to explore her creative side, from weaving to printmaking. She dabbles in animation (both frame by frame and After Effects). She loves to quote the show Community, sing karaoke, cuddle with her tiny pup, and eat delicious food. She was formerly based in Brooklyn, where she often gave people food tours of her neighborhood.
