Life Cycle UK - UX Design, case study
UX design case study of Life Cycle UK website www.lifecycleuk.org.uk. A registered charity based in Bristol that operates across England.
Used methods: User Persona, Customer Journey, Task Flows, Information Architecture and Prototypes.
Key points we are trying to solve:
+Prioritise the website based on what people need. Therefore we have divided their users in three customer groups: 1-2-1 service user (Adult cycling), Over 55 (Group cycling) and Volunteer.
+Improve the functionality, by reducing the number of steps to complete an action.
+Standardize procedures. The website has multiple different processes by area, within the same service which can be confusing.
