Liftium is a hobby project with a relatively small but passionate userbase. Liftium is designed around a simple concept: no setup required. Log what you lift as you do it and the app will present you with insights.

The name Liftium came from one of its most identifiable features. The Calendar View shows your most worked muscle on each day reminiscant of a period table.
