Guiding Brands

This is a logo for a small side project I'm working on, basically a reference for creating brand guidelines, based on a heap of BGs I've been going through. Not sure if the arrow works for me or not. I put the orange text in to show the palette I'm going for. Probably won't have an elevator pitch :(
