UX Writing - Email sequence

Context:
Being a new app, Frizbee did not have a previous sequence of emails to assist the users as they interacted with the app. The app’s newly defined personality had to be integrated throughout all its messaging and communications.

My input:
- Collaborated with developers to identify key moments in the user journey map and possible triggers for email communication
- Catalogued instances which required email messages and designed an email sequence
- Developed copy for the entire email sequence (subject lines, content, CTA)
- Collaborated with product designer and developers (backend & frontend) to create and implement Frizbee’s automated emails
