The humble border-radius

Illustration I made for my upcoming talk. I was aiming for "cute and shy", with an emphasis on "cute", as cute faces draw the attention of humans and invoke warm feelings, according to evolutionary psychology. Did I achieve it? Any suggestions on how to enhance its cuteness? (the backdrop is kinda random, feel free to ignore it)
