Recent Work Grid

I've always had my portfolio websites created in and run on Squarespace. For a long time using this platform felt pretty powerful, especially for someone who doesn't know much code. As time went on and as I've grown as a designer, I've come to feel stifled by the restrictions and lack of flexibility offered with my Squarespace websites. So I'm learning Webflow.

Don't get me wrong, I would still recommend Squarespace and would likely use it for smaller projects. I just have a lot of design ideas that aren't really executable in the program.

The thing with Webflow that makes it both challenging and interesting to me is the logic involved in building a website. Having more control is great, but being able to learn how a website is put together is a huge benefit to me.

Anyways! I'm currently redesigning my portfolio, jesswar.design . This shot is pulled from a section of my homepage, and shows a preview of my most recent work.
