El Corazon

I came across a drawing made by a child. It was a big red heart and inside it said "La Frontera Me Parte El Corazon." It translates to "The Border Splits [or Breaks] My Heart." It stuck with me for a while. Then, then idea of combining that message with an iconic symbol of Mexican culture hit me like a ton of bricks. Here is that message in the style of La Loteria, a classic Mexican game.
