Emotional Feedback Design

This is a part of a feedback form that I redesigned recently. The goal was to redesign the feedback form in such a way that every user find it easy and quick to share their feedback for the services they are using.
Emoticons are a new and effective way of communicating with users especially when the end-users do not fall into any specific categories.
