Android vs. iOS
Before talking about the challenges and how we designed around them, I'm sharing the actual design of the folders page.

The app is now ready for internal testing on Android and feature-wise ready for the external users. More design improvements will be added iteratively and the iOS version under development.

We decided to respect the platform native guidelines where possible. I usually design new screens and features for Android first (that's where we started) and then flip them iOS.

After reaching an agreement with the devs about what “this component on Android looks like on iOS”, they can often translate an Android design to iOS and vice versa on their own, without having the actual screen's design at hand.
