Discovering Elsie

User research is a fundamental step in our design process. We sat down with geneticists, doctors, healthcare admins to understand all the different stages of genetic test ordering. Listening to those who were profoundly knowledgeable about the healthcare and genetics industry gave us the foundation to set a direction for the new Elsie. After talking with users, we started analysing the main user flows to uncover pain-points and missing steps.
