WhatsApp Events Onboarding

As part of a recent qualification in User Experience, students were tasked with setting themselves a full case study project: A new “Events” feature in WhatsApp chat, sent and received like an attachment. Create, accept and track updates to events and receive reminders, all in the same environment.
