Kitchen Make Over

My Boyfriend and I recently looked at a multi-family that has potential but, I am really not a fan of the kitchen layout - it's so awkward. All the appliances are on one side of the kitchen. The other side of the kitchen has the sink and the counter space. There's no flow what-so-ever. I've been trying to visualize a better solution that isn't going to cause a complete renovation and break the bank. The best way for me to visualize something is to put it in illustrator and draw it out. Figured it was worth sharing.
