Santander FAQs Smart Search

I worked within a fantastic project team within Squiz ideating the curation of a data rich FAQ filter for one of our Funnelback clients, Santander.

We held a number of internal focus groups and workshops to ensure our idea was profitable and beneficial for our client, and that their users would experience a simplified flow when looking to discover specific pieces of information within the FAQs section of Santanders website.

Our goals were to ensure we presented our client an advanced level of functionality that would move the FAQ search experience forward and make Santander's website an easy place to discover what the user is looking for.

I worked with my Director on the ideation and strategy, and led the visuals of all works curated.
