    The Forward messaging app is used by thousands of doctors and other clinicians across the NHS and private hospitals in the UK.

    We did a complete rebranding, UX and redesigned their mobile and web apps. The new branding and UX had to appeal to two main user groups - healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, etc) and health organisations (the institutional decision-makers). Serving a quite non-technical target audience, the biggest challenge for us was to make the onboarding as intuitive as possible and keep the brand equally innovative and familiar so we don't alienate people.
