Reading Room Library iOS App UI/UX

One of the best qualities or skills of a UI Designer is asking a lot questions or rather the right questions. Asking questions is a skill that can be crafted by asking simple questions like WHAT? WHY? HOW? and WHEN? ❓ If you look at the above design, the first question that pops in my head is why have I divided the on-boarding into 3 steps. Why not dump the entire form into one long page. πŸ“– β¬‡οΈπŸ“ I believe a UI Design should be able to lead without the users knowing they are being lead. Affordances like 1 out of 3 steps help them understand that they are on the first step and there are 2 more steps to go. ✏️ This is called progressive on-boarding which helps reduce cognitive strain of the users 🧠
