Error Message Illustrations

During initial development of this IOS app for members to explore their health care benefits, we discovered that due to some database issue, 40-60% of members we're able to see their various parts of their benefits. Yikes!

While our developers worked furiously on modernizing some vital technology, we worked on a stream of error stories to give customers clear direction on what to do when these temporary errors occurred.

Along with a direct call to action, I designed these illustrations to add some extra care and whimsy to their experience.
