Mobile Employee Onboarding Redesign

As part of a design challenge for an HR tech company, I completed a redesign of this employee onboarding screen.

The original goal was to update the look and feel to match their new visual style and design system.

Through my research, I found that the current design was actually ripe for many improvements and I worked to solve a new challenge:
