Been working with a really cool team a while ago helping them develop a dashboard that helps team leads, product, and software development managers quickly identify and fix issues within the process.

The most interesting part of the process was definitely the fact that every team has a different set of needs and requirements and the amount of different insights that people can pull out the same data sets.
