Project #41

"Picto" is the fashion photography studio of Gabriel Leung and Karen Tsi Kwan Lau with locations in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. I designed their logo to act as a cropping mechanism that is adjustable to the content it's holding, whether it's an image or type. The custom typography of the logo reflects the strong horizontal line from the "P" and retains the rounded corners to help unify it. An abbreviated version of the logo with only the "P" and crop mark is used as a small branding element on the photos, thus letting people know it's "Picto's" work without being so heavy-handed.
